Investigation of Complaints
We specialize in the independent investigation of complaints and concerns about management or practice across any aspect of educational, health or social service. Our Consultants are skilled in the examination of witnesses and the preparation of detailed reports and recommendations. For more than nine years we have organized and participated in the NHS complaints system, acting as Convenor, Panel Member or Lay Chair to Independent Reviews.
