We have some ten years experience in the expert witness field where our expertise across the whole range of personnel and social care issues has been recognised by Solicitors, Counsel and the Courts. As an effective 'chamber' of experts' who have worked for both claimants and defendants we are well geared to the new Civil Justice arrangements that commenced in April 1999. We are able to give advice at an early stage of litigation or when parties are considering whether to proceed. We will consider extensive and complex documentation and have successfully completed cases or low or high value.
