Independent Inquiries
Ashley Maynard and Rowan have particular experience in the independent investigation of complaints and the establishment of inquiries at any level within social services, health and education. Complaints by individual service users or staff may involve any aspect of service delivery, personnel management, abuse or discrimination. Inquiries into matters of serious concern result from issues raised by service users, managers, Board or Committee members or Inspectorates. Our consultants operate within the existing complaints procedures of any agency but retain complete independence towards the resolution of a complaint and the completion of a written report. Our consultants have led, or been members of, Independent Panels established to investigate poor standards of practice and management within statutory and independent agencies across the United Kingdom. Complex issues are rigorously investigated within agreed terms of reference. Complete confidentiality is ensured at all times.
