Ashley Maynard and Rowan have a long standing interest in promoting the image of social services through television.We have commissioned a fully scripted proposal for a drama series centred on a social work team.Work on documentaries has focused on the Intensive Support and Survieliance Team of an inner city Youth Offending Team where we completed three days filming and a short 'taster' programme.An outline has been prepared for a 'reality' TV programme based on the work of committees across the health, social care and education field that meet behind closed doors to take decisions affecting the life chances of children and adults.
We continually promote these and other ideas to Independent Production Companies and TV Commissioners.
Work is well advanced on a history of social work seen through the eyes of a practitioner over a 50 year period.
